Dear Customer,

The general warranty period for Panasonic PSEC (MKE) Optical Drives is 27 months.
The general warranty period for Panasonic PCC (KME) drives is 15 months.
In case of waranty claim request RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
The warranty will be based upon the serialnumber of the drive (manufacturing date).
When drives are received on a supplied RMA actual check on the warranty status will be done.
If goods are not received within 30 days this RMA number will be cancelled.
After these 30 days the warranty status for this RMA will be determined again.
Repair of out of warranty drive(s) is an option.
